Gold jewellery at Vraj Jewellers is made out of 22ct/22ct (91.6) gold and will be accepted back at prevailing Buy-Back rate. However taxes, labour, stones-pearls, rhodium charges etc. will be deducted. Exchange of jewellery would be made within 3 days from date of purchase only if it is returned unused and intact. Ordered/Altered/Sized jewellery cannot be exchanged. Damage/breakage in delivered jewellery is not liable to any claims. However it will be repaired if possible at reasonable charges but will not be exchanged. In case of cancellation of order the labour charges of the ordered jewellery would be payable by the customer. It is compulsory to bring concerned invoice while returning/exchanging the jewellery.
